Production & Warehousing
Orga produces standard products in batches in accordance with a sales forecast system, resulting in a relatively short delivery time for such specialised products. The customer benefits here from the economy of scale of a market leader as Orga produces better and more sophisticated products at the same cost at which others produce conventional products. In addition to manufacturing a large range of standard products, Orga has a group of engineers and production specialists, focusing on "build to suit" systems offering total flexibility. Orga's production facilities are ideally situated near Amsterdam, with excellent nearby international shipping facilities at both the Port of Rotterdam and Schipol airport, supporting regional distribution centres in Houston, UK and Malaysia. |
Quality Control
Orga operate a Quality control system accredited in accordance with ISO 9002, and are additionally certified to the ATEX standard for the production of explosion proof electrical equipment. Orga’s quality control and assurances system is certified by KEMA, the Dutch national certification body.
The Quality Control department is an independent body within Orga. It is their task to ensure that products and systems completely fulfill the requirements of the customer, and meet or exceed the required operational and safety standards. The Quality Control team has state of the art facilities and testing equipment at their disposal to efficiently and accurately perform their duties. |

Research & Development
Orga's R&D division develops products based on a continuing dialogue with authorities, inspectors, users, installers, and our in-house and customers maintenance staff. They endevour to find solutions that eliminate commonly found problems with existing traditional products and aim to design the best product, with the lowest practically achievable cost of ownership. The core competence's of Orga's R&D department are in the field of optics & acoustics, innovative lamp control circuits, EMC, RFI, condition data gathering and transmission, specific lightning protection, mechanical constructions, explosion proof constructions, development of hardware and software. |
